When you first log into the IMV Research Portal, you land on the Respondent home page. If you belong to more than one Organization/Facility, you will see a selection box asking you to select one of those. Note this will only appear if you belong to more than one organization (not typical). Most users will just see the survey list.
Which surveys are available depends on several factors:
- Which modalities are performed at your organization.
- Which modalities you have told us you use in your job.
- If a survey has already been performed for that modality for that calendar year for your facility, it will no longer be available.
- If we have reached our quota for a survey, it will no longer be available.
- Some surveys can only be performed if a dependent survey has been completed. For example, an Equipment Satisfaction survey cannot be performed until the corresponding Equipment survey (formerly CensusTrak or CST survey) has been performed.
Respondent Home Page - List of Surveys
We offer several different types of surveys on this page:
Equipment Survey – Covers a few key aspects about equipment for the listed modality.
Equipment Satisfaction Survey – Covers a variety of dimensions related to equipment quality and satisfaction of a variety of features for the listed modality. Must take associated equipment survey first.
Market Survey – Covers a wide range of aspects related to the overall market and use of equipment for the listed modality.
Each tile on the page represents a different modality, and the buttons on the tiles represent surveys. Clicking the button launches the survey. Only bright green buttons indicate surveys which are currently available to take, as described above.
If you are interested in taking a survey for a modality which does not currently appear on the page, you can add it with the +Modalities button. Choose only modalities which exist at your facility and which you are qualified to report on.
