The Survey History page shows the list of surveys you have completed, and allows you to manage your honoraria by downloading reports and managing your points. This is where you redeem your points and shop for rewards. To get to this page, click the survey history icon on the menu bar:
If you have completed surveys, this page will show a list of those surveys at the top of the page. When you complete some surveys, we provide a sample report PDF to you, when that report is published. If there is such a report available, you can link to it from the "Available PDFs" column. If the survey indicates "Report not yet published", it means that we have not finished finalizing that report. Check back in the future and the report will be available.
If you have completed any surveys with points rewards (honoraria), then the "Check your rewards" button will appear. Click this to go to the Rewards Page to see your points balance or spend your points.
