Why didn't I receive a code in my email to login?

if you navigated to the login page, typed in your email address and never received a login code, there could be several reasons for this:

  • The email is in your junk or spam folder.  Please look for it there, and tell your email client to trust email from "[email protected]".
  • You typed in the wrong email.  Check for typos and if you use more than one email address, be sure you use the same one that you registered with.
  • You don't have an account.  If you didn't receive an email welcoming you to the IMV Research panel, it is possible that you do not have an account yet.  Contact us at [email protected] and we will send you a registration link.


I can't find the survey I completed in the survey history.

You completed a survey, then went to the survey history page to view it.  The survey you just completed does not appear in the list.  There are a few reasons why this could happen:

  • You did not fully complete the survey.  You have to go all the way to the end and then click the "Submit" button to actually finish.
  • You told us that you were not qualified to do the survey.  If you told us in your survey responses that you no longer work at that facility or you no longer work with that modality, we will update your profile but you cannot actually complete the survey because you are no longer qualified for it.

I completed a survey, but did not receive an honorarium

In this case be sure that:

  • The survey appears in your survey history.  If not see the previous topic.
  • The survey had an honorarium associated with it.  Not all surveys have honorariums.

If you are sure you completed the survey and it had an honorarium associated with it, contact us at [email protected] with the survey name, your name and email address, and the date you completed the survey.


I don't work at this organization any more.  How can I change it?

Use the user profile page to update your organization.  There you can tell us about your new organization, and we will review and add it to your profile.


I need to update my email address.  How can I do that?

Use the user profile page to update your email address or other demographic information.


The report download link in my Welcome Email no longer works.  How can I download the report?

If you selected a sample report when you registered for the IMV Research Panel, then you should have received a link to download that report.  If you did not receive a link, you may not have selected one or you might have been registered for the panel before the new registration process was instituted.


If you did get a link in your Welcome Email, the link will work for 1 week after you receive the email.  If you were unable to download the report before the link expired, email [email protected] and request another email be sent with a new link.


Why doesn't the survey I am looking for appear on my home page?

There are a few reasons why a survey is not appearing:

  • You have't added that modality to your profile.  If the modality is in use at your facility and you are qualified to answer questions about it, you need to add it on the Home page before surveys for that modality will appear.
  • We don't have that type of survey for this modality.  Not all modalities have all survey types available.


How do I opt-out?

Simply login to the IMV Research Portal and click the person icon at the top to go to the User Profile page.  Click to uncheck the opt-in checkbox at the top and then save your changes.  You will no longer receive survey invitations in your email.
