When you login to the portal, you see a list of available surveys for your facility. At the top of the page, there is a navigation menu, which looks like this:
The icons from left to right:
| HOME | Return to the main survey list page. |
| HONORARIA | If you have completed a survey with rewards, this icon will appear, otherwise it will not. Manage and spend rewards points. |
| USER PROFILE | Edit details about your account like your name, email address, organization and modalities. |
| SURVEY HISTORY | See your survey history and manage your rewards. |
| HELP & FAQ | Browse our Knowledge base to find answers to questions and "how to" instructions. |
| CONTACT US | Reach us if you have an issue or question. |
| LOGOUT | Logout of the portal |
