After updating any details, always click the save button at the bottom of the page:
Changing my Organization
Mid-way down the page is the "organizations" section:
If you have changed organizations, you can update that here:
- To remove your current organization from the list, simply click on it. You will be prompted to remove it.
- To request to have a new organization added to your profile, click "Add Organization". You will see the following:
Complete the details for your organization and click "Save". Be sure to spell names accurately and provide as much information as possible about your organization. This will enable us to more easily find it in our database and add it to your profile.
This will send a request to our team to add the new organization to your profile. We usually respond within 24-48 hours to such requests. Note that while you are waiting, you will not be able to take surveys on the portal. All panelists must have at least one organization associated with their user profile. Once the organization has been added, you will be able to take surveys again.
You can see the status of your request by coming to the User Profile page:
When your request has been processed, the organization will appear under "My Organizations" and no longer appear under "Pending Organizations Requested".
